Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a board-certified psychiatrist to join our team at Integrity Healthcare as a medical director. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our psychiatric department and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in psychiatry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals. As a medical director, you will be responsible for providing medical oversight and guidance to our psychiatric team, developing and implementing best practices, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
**Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year**, depending on experience. The salary range is negotiable, and we offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
About the PracticeOur outpatient clinic is located in a thriving community with easy access to Houston's world-class amenities. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with a focus on patient-centered care and continuous learning.
The incoming provider will have ample opportunities to grow and develop their skills, with a large patient panel and regular referrals from primary care providers. We use eClinicalWorks EMR and offer telemedicine options to cater to our patients' needs.
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- Board certification in psychiatry required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience preferred.
