Nurse II for MSS

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to women and their families in our Maternity Support Services (MSS) program. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse II with a passion for community health nursing to join our team in Battle Ground, WA.

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse II to provide holistic care to clients in our MSS program. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing culturally sensitive care. As a nurse on our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care to clients in our MSS program, including assessment, education, and counseling. Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach efforts to promote our MSS program and services to underserved populations.
**Requirements:**
- Education: BSN/RN degree required. Recent maternal/infant, community, or public health experience preferred.
- Certifications/Licenses: Current RN license in Washington state. Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification required within 90 days of hire date.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary Information:**
Estimated salary range: $82,617 - $106,204 per year
