Job Title: Adjunct Instructor: Plumbing

Job Summary:
SEU Trades is seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach plumbing courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the plumbing trade and experience in teaching or mentoring. The instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering course materials, assessing student progress, and providing feedback. The position is part-time and will be subject to change based on the university's academic needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach plumbing courses to students in a virtual online environment with hands-on components.
  • Develop and deliver course materials, including lesson plans and assessments.
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
  • Engage with students in synchronous meetings and provide ongoing holistic discipleship and development of professional skills.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4,000 hours of hands-on experience in the plumbing trade.
  • Plumbing Technician Apprenticeship Certification is desired.
  • Evidence of professionalism and customer service commitment.
  • Christian commitment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Evidence of experience mentoring apprentices.
  • Associate's degree preferred.
