We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a School-Based Occupational Therapist. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of diverse student needs and developmental challenges, working collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to help students succeed.

• Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments to identify each student's strengths and needs, utilizing findings to develop customized education and therapy plans.
• Therapeutic Services: Provide tailored occupational therapy sessions, incorporating exercises, skill-building, and adaptive strategies to support motor skills, sensory integration, and daily functioning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents, creating strategies to meet students' academic and developmental goals. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to program adjustments.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and current documentation of student progress, treatment plans, and session notes. Prepare reports for IEP meetings and compliance as needed.
• Professional Development: Engage in ongoing education and stay updated on occupational therapy practices, contributing new insights and skills to the team.

• Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Current Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience: Experience in a school setting or working with children who have diverse needs. Familiarity with IEP development and implementation is preferred.
• Skills: Deep knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
