Senior Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative Hospital at Home program, delivering high-quality inpatient-level care in the comfort of patients' homes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient advanced practice roles and possess strong clinical acumen with the ability to interpret and respond to complex cases effectively.

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of acutely hospitalized patients, collaborate with attending physicians and Command Center staff to develop and implement individualized inpatient care plans, and provide exceptional patient care in diverse settings, including hospitals, virtual platforms, and patients' homes.

This is a full-time, day shift position offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits starting on Day 1 of employment.
