Job Summary

Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Inpatient Director of Quality to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing operational oversight for all quality-related programs, including Performance Improvement, Patient Safety, and Regulatory initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for quality-related programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Mentor and develop a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and reduce adverse events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality gaps, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Progressive leadership experience in quality improvement and patient safety, preferably in an acute care setting.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including The Joint Commission and CMS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
