Therapy Program Manager

At Mental Health Resources, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to oversee our Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and providing clinical oversight to our MST team.
Responsibilities:- Conduct weekly group supervision and training for the MST team to ensure adherence to MST principles and practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, both external in the community and within the provider agency.
- Responsible for intake, triage, and initial/psychosocial assessment of all MST referrals.
Requirements: Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work, or a related field. Must be licensed in NM as an LMHC or LMSW. Previous experience with MST is preferred but not required. The estimated salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on licensure and experience.
