About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic Artificial Lift Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient maintenance of shop equipment and the assembly and disassembly of all equipment as per standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial inspections of equipment that come into the shop to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Operate over-head cranes and occasional fork-lifts to move equipment safely and efficiently.
  • May paint and perform final clean up before equipment is sent back to the fields for services.
  • Operate and maintain repair equipment to complete day-to-day tasks.
  • Attend pre-job safety meetings on location to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other related duties as instructed by your supervisor.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with basic hand tools.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift 60lbs with assistance as needed.
  • First Aid training is an added plus.
