Job Overview
Hartford HealthCare (HHC) invites applications for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner APRN position in our Neurosurgery Department at Hartford Hospital. The selected candidate will contribute to providing comprehensive neurosurgical care to patients, working closely with attending neurosurgeons and other advanced practitioners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the management of neurosurgical patients on various units, including floors, stepdown, and ICU settings.
- Conducting thorough histories, physical exams, and writing detailed progress notes.
- Participating in neurosurgical consultations and pre- and post-operative care.
- Assisting in surgical procedures and performing bedside procedures as needed.
Benefits Package
Our competitive salary range is $115,000 - $135,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
