Responsibilities- Coordinates, supervises, and implements patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge, and evidence-based practice.
- Practices autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act, and hospital job description.
- Inputs, extracts, and evaluates data for meaningful use and patient-centered medical home.
- Responsible for direct patient care, including rooming, obtaining vitals, patient assessment & education, and discharge planning.
- Minimum Requirements: Greater than two years of RN experience, completion of RN program, AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State, and American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
