Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate, and delegate nursing functions across the lifespan.
- Collaborate with patients, patient families/significant others, physicians/advanced practice providers, patient care staff, leadership, and community partners to provide comprehensive care.
- Independently triage patients in person, via telephone, and secure messages, utilizing protocols, guidelines, and standards.
- Use critical thinking skills to make decisions regarding patient care, including knowledge and integration of relevant standards, resources, and data.
- Delegate selected patient care functions to others in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
- Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and all members of the health care team.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 25+ years of service may be considered in lieu of education agreement.
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
- Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN).
- Current BLS Certification.
- Advanced Life Support certification may be required after hire, depending on assigned clinic site.
- Two years of experience as a RN - in a clinic setting preferred.
- Candidates with less than two years' experience may be considered for Transition to Practice Program.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $64.36 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
