Key Responsibilities for Accounting Specialist role:

  • The Accounting Specialist will conduct all bank reconciliations for the three business divisions.
  • Document and manage monthly journal entries.
  • The Accounting Specialist will supervise the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable processes, assisting another clerk responsible for data entry.
  • The Accounting Specialist will work closely with the CFO to aid in monthly financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications for Accounting Specialist role:

  • A degree is not mandatory; relevant experience is valued more highly.
  • Familiarity with Sage 100 is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.

Salary range: $48,000-60,000 based on experience.
This position is fully onsite.
