Project Engineer Medical Devices

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at Helen of Troy. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the technical development of consumer medical products, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the technical development of consumer medical products, including design, development, and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain verification and validation methods for medical products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and regulatory, to ensure successful product launches.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to product design and development.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design history files and reports.
- 3+ years of experience in product development in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices.
- 3+ years of experience in consumer product development.
- BS Degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Limited travel required, up to 15%.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
- Master's Degree.
- Hands-on experience with circuit design and PCBA design.
- Understanding of UL/ETL/FDA/CE general requirements.
- Ability to create a MATLAB pipeline to process raw data and output variables of interest.
