About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Shift Leader. This is a full-time opportunity that requires working 4 weekend days per month.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to adapt quickly to change, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary for this position is approximately $15.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour for working 10pm-6am shifts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers to our stores with top-tier customer service.
  • Prepare and serve quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
  • Manage transactions at check-out while keeping an eye on sales of restricted products.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the store, kitchen, and dining areas.
  • Ensure inventory levels are maintained throughout the store.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • The ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
