We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist PRN to join our team at AdventHealth Sebring Wauchula Lake Placid. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing computed tomography scans on patients, following established protocols and guidelines. You will work closely with our radiology team to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
Key Responsibilities- Perform computed tomography scans on patients, following established protocols and guidelines.
- Operate CT scanners and other medical equipment safely and effectively.
- Review images and repeat scans as necessary to ensure high-quality results.
- Communicate with patients and healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely imaging results.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Associate's degree or technical degree in a related field.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Computed Tomography A.R.R.T. (CT) certification, if required by the facility.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
