Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting production start-up inspections and oversee line operations.
  • Comprehend pallet stacking configurations and verify the accuracy of production tickets.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
  • Support team rotations and rectify errors as necessary.
  • Conduct quality assessments and document findings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
  • Make necessary machine adjustments and aid in changeovers.
  • Learn and implement standard operating procedures and equipment functionalities.
  • Monitor production metrics and contribute to real-time enhancements.
  • Expand knowledge of all production machinery.
