Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and evaluate monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Assist in the monthly financial closing activities, including year-end processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct general ledger account reconciliations to ensure precision.
  • Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the annual audit process.
  • Review and process journal entries, ensuring appropriate documentation.
  • Oversee fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules.
  • Maintain and enhance the prepaid expense schedule.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance financial operations.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software; experience with Deltek Software is advantageous.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

For this position, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target of 2% of the employee's annualized salary. In addition to compensation, ATCS provides exceptional, employee-focused benefits for you and your family. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits coverage on the first day of the month following their start date.
