Ruth's Chris Steak House is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages to our guests, including soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and wine.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve all beverages according to Ruth's Chris Steak House specifications, recipes, and procedures.
- Provide Excellent Service: Provide timely and quality beverages to our service staff and guests.
- Perform Cashier Duties: Perform the duties of cashier for bar guests and service staff.
- Competitive Pay: Server rate - $2.75 per hour plus tips.
- Weekly Pay: Paid on a weekly basis.
- Health, Dental & Vision: Health, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees after 30 days of employment.
- Vacation Pay: Up to 80 hours of vacation pay for full-time employees annually.
