Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment
  • Deliver a positive dining experience and assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Document resident care and behavior, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
  • Handle and dispose of linens, soiled clothing, and supplies properly
Qualifications
  • No prior CNA certification required - we provide training for the right candidates
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred, but not required
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required
  • Minimum age of 16
