Your New Role:

As a CNA Program Instructor (RN), you will empower our staff to achieve clinical program objectives aligned with our mission.

Responsibilities include conducting hands-on clinical training sessions, evaluating student performance, providing ongoing mentoring, and encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Valid state nursing license (RN)
  • Advanced degree or certification preferred
  • Experience in a nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Care or similar healthcare setting preferred
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in staff education and development

What We Offer:
