- Supervise and direct Medication Technicians and Caregivers, providing guidance on daily shift assignments and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Active LPN or LVN license in the state where this community is located.
- CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
