Job Summary:

This is a 13-week assignment (or longer) in a Skilled Nursing Facility. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to help them achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
  • Current state license in good standing with the State License Board and up-to-date state and contract-required competency tests and credentials
  • Current hands-on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association
