Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Royal Care Certified. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients in Queens, NY.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop comprehensive physical therapy treatment plans for patients, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide one-on-one physical therapy sessions to patients, focusing on restoring motion, promoting prevention, and enhancing overall quality of life.
  • Document patient progress, update care plans, and communicate effectively with caregivers and families.
  • Make informed decisions regarding patient care, ensuring the highest quality of service and adherence to company standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Physical Therapist, with a strong background in home care and Medicare Part A experience.
  • Graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy, with a valid license to practice.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support to patients and families.
