Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Tech I to join our Operating Room team. This full-time position offers a competitive sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and management of surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment throughout the surgical procedure.
- Collaborate effectively with licensed medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Provide patient care duties for individuals across various age groups under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduates from CAAHEP accredited Surgical Technology programs are highly preferred.
- Experience in sophisticated outpatient and inpatient surgical services, including robotic surgery, is advantageous.

Minimum Education Requirements:

- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Graduates from accredited Surgical Technology programs are preferred.

Experience Requirements:

- Completion of a Surgical Technology program or prior experience as a Surgical Technologist is required.

Licensure/Certification:

- BLS Certification is required.
- No additional licensure or certification is mandated by law.
