Kennel Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kennel Technician to join our team at Creature Comforts Inn. As a Kennel Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our furry friends.

The Kennel Technician will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our canine and feline guests, including feeding, walking, and cleaning their enclosures. You will also assist with administrative tasks, such as updating records and communicating with pet owners.

• Feed and care for animals according to their dietary needs and preferences
• Walk and exercise animals to ensure they receive adequate physical activity
• Clean and disinfect animal enclosures to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as updating records and communicating with pet owners
• Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners and their pets

• 1 year of experience in animal care or a related field
• Ability to lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat most of the workday
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation
• High school diploma or equivalent required
