Speech Therapy Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for a 13-week contract assignment in Pueblo, CO. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients and make a significant impact on their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Ancillary responsibilities include assessing and treating patients with various communicative disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address communication, swallowing, and cognitive skills
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal health outcomes

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Certification in accordance with the American Speech Language Hearing Association requirements
  • Licensure by the State of Colorado
  • The ability to perform tasks safely, including lifting, turning, and transporting patients, as well as performing minimal assist transfers (lifting and controlling 50 pounds)

Compensation: Earn up to $44.00 per hour based on your experience and qualifications.
