We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver/Med Tech to join our team at Pacifica Senior Living San Leandro. As a Caregiver/Med Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, and transferring to and from activities and meals.
  • Ensure residents receive their medication on time and assist with meal preparation and presentation.
  • Lift and/or transfer residents as needed, while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Record and report changes in resident's condition, including changes in ability to perform activities of daily living, skin changes, and bruising.
  • Follow proper procedures in emergency situations and respond promptly and positively to resident requests for assistance.
Requirements:
  • Must have senior living experience and a proven track record as a Caregiver.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Med Tech (if interested in Med tech position).
  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid CPR certification and speak, read, and understand the English language.
  • Committed to health & safety, well-organized, and reliable with excellent communication and people skills.
  • A positive and compassionate attitude, physical stamina, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
