Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to become a successful restaurant manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all customers.
  • Assist with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
