Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery to join our team for a 13-week assignment. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a new location, gain new experiences, and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
  • Monitor and record patient condition, communicating with the care team, physician, patient, and family as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
  • Evaluate learning needs of patients and families, providing education and support to promote health and well-being.
  • Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one (1) year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
  • Current state nursing license.
  • Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
  • Degree from an accredited school.
  • Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
