Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological diagnoses.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Provide occupational therapy services, including exercises, activities, and education, to help patients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists and speech-language pathologists, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Arizona.
  • National registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • Valid state driver's license.
