Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Culinary Assistant to join our team at Marinos Pizzeria LLC.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food preparation and service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
  • Prepare ingredients and equipment for food preparation, following established recipes and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen leader to prioritize tasks and manage food levels, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure that all prepared ingredients are properly labeled and stored.
  • Support the kitchen team in removing trash, cleaning cutlery, and performing other essential tasks to maintain a smooth kitchen operation.
Requirements
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Availability to work shifts from 2:30pm to 9:00pm, including flexibility to cover occasional peak periods.
Compensation and Benefits

Marinos Pizzeria LLC offers a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth.
