Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions lasting 25 to 50 minutes.
  • Motivate and support clients throughout their stretching experience.
  • Tailor each session to align with individual client needs.
  • Build and nurture client relationships through trust and attentive care.
  • Document each session meticulously to ensure consistent care.
  • Stay updated with ongoing Flexologist education and complete necessary training materials.
  • Ensure client safety by adhering to proper stretching techniques and company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings and required training sessions.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns as needed.
  • Assist in promotional events and sales activities as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all equipment for client use.
Qualifications:
  • A passion for boutique fitness and a strong interest in stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
  • Required credentials include:
    • Licensed Massage Therapist
    • Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach
    • Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT Aid)
    • Certified Pilates, Yoga, or Dance Instructor
  • At least 2 years of experience in a fitness or health-related environment providing hands-on client training.
  • Proficiency in computer software for operational tasks.
  • Fitness certification is mandatory.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including standing, kneeling, and bending.
  • Capacity to foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine sense of empathy.
  • A strong desire to connect with individuals and assist them in achieving their wellness goals.
  • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies.
  • Willingness to complete the Flexologist Training Program, which includes online tutorials and hands-on training.
Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time

Compensation:

$20-25 per hour

Schedule:
  • Availability for day and night shifts, Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability during the day
