Responsibilities- Provide High-Quality Patient Care: As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a post-acute care setting. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing ongoing care and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: You'll work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Manage Patient Records: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documenting patient progress, medication administration, and other relevant information.
- Communicate Effectively: As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you'll be expected to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patient needs are met and that care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Current Ohio State License: You must be currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
- Post-Acute Care Experience: You should have at least 4 months of experience working in a post-acute care setting, such as a skilled nursing facility or assisted living community.
- Strong Communication Skills: You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Competitive Hourly Rate: You'll earn a competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for overtime and bonus pay.
