Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team at the Bowery Residents Committee. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the management of our housing program, working closely with the Program Director to oversee the day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising case management staff, developing and implementing service plans, and providing clinical coordination of services to residents. You will also be responsible for auditing clinical charts, facilitating interdisciplinary team meetings, and providing individual supervision and participating in case conferences. Additionally, you will model clinical skills and professionalism, train staff on proper use of the AWARDS database system, and ensure compliance with government contracts and regulations.

Responsibilities:
Supervise case management staff and oversee the development and implementation of service plans
Provide clinical coordination of services to residents, including auditing clinical charts and facilitating interdisciplinary team meetings
Model clinical skills and professionalism, and train staff on proper use of the AWARDS database system
Ensure compliance with government contracts and regulations
Participate in case conferences and provide individual supervision

Requirements:
LMSW required, and at least one year of experience working within a supportive residence setting or with adults living with HIV/AIDS
Supervisory experience preferred
Basic computer literacy required
CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR
