Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations: Assist with day-to-day operations, including understanding each role within the company and providing administrative support.
  • Business Development: Research ways to increase profitability or improve efficiencies, maintain key account responsibilities, and grow revenue and associated profits of select assigned customers and prospects.
  • Professional Development: Actively participate in the continual growth by completing goals on their Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and participate in regular performance reviews.
  • Leadership & Communication: Be involved in conflict resolution conversations, provide excellent customer service, and conduct yourself with professionalism in all communication with fellow employees, customers, vendors, management, and Field Support Center staff.
