UMPhysicians is seeking a highly skilled Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pulmonary Transplant practice at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of excellent providers who deliver care for Pre- and Post-Lung Transplant recipients, and enjoy a 4-day work schedule.


Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of care to patients within a multidisciplinary framework caring for Pre- and Post-Lung Transplant patients on an inpatient and outpatient basis.

Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures.

Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.

Recommend treatment and prescribe medication.

Consult with physicians (as needed) and make appropriate referrals for evaluation or treatment.



Work Environment:

University of Minnesota Medical Center (50%) and the M Health Fairview Clinic and Surgery Center - Minneapolis (50%).
