Job Summary

Ryder System is seeking a skilled Truck Driver Class B Home Daily to join our team. As a Home Daily Solo Truck Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Class B CDL truck to transport goods to and from various locations
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules
  • Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards
  • Load and unload freight as required by customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder drug test
  • Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Provide a valid Class A or Class B CDL and endorsements for the position
  • Must have Class A or Class B verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
