We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Windsong of Sonoma. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking meal and drink orders, serving meals in a friendly and timely manner, and ensuring residents and guests are satisfied with their meals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items
  • Maintaining all side stations and dining areas
  • Following daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Practicing all safety and loss prevention procedures
  • Setting up and cleaning the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards

Requirements:

  • Must enjoy working with seniors
  • Ability to interact with guests, residents, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Ability to respond promptly to resident needs
  • Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
