Job Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid position with a salary of approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  1. Collect and analyze information necessary for project success using excellent research skills.
  2. Manage project schedules, goals, milestones, and communications between involved stakeholders.
  3. Prepare, coordinate, and manage program solicitations, working plans, and presentations.
  4. Assist in logistics planning and execution for workshops, meetings, and community outreach initiatives.
  5. Ensure smooth operation of program review processes, including recruitment of a panel of research proposal reviewers, scheduling interviews, and creating/maintaining detailed supporting documentation.
  6. Perform data analytics to assess geographic, gender, and ethnic diversity of stakeholders and participants.
  7. Draft, develop, and support the process for annual reports production, presentations, and public communications from start to finish to summarize project outcomes and progress.
  8. Coordinate program oversight activities, including monitoring project financials and compliance with applicable requirements through desk reviews or site visits.
  9. Use innovative tools and techniques to automate processes and improve program efficiency.
  10. Collaborate with client leaders and partners to meet reporting and funding requirements.
