At Core-Mark, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Class A to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting food and food-related products to our customers across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes, following Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company safety standards.
  • Communicate and interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally, ensuring accurate and timely responses to questions and concerns.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip safety checks, inspecting the tractor, trailer, and freight to ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
  • Load and unload freight, verifying delivery of items with customers and obtaining proper signatures.
  • Complete daily records of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
  • Valid CDL-A Must be 21+ years of age
  • Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
  • Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
  • Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift
