Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Center Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales, and at least 6 months of experience leading and influencing others. The Sales Center Leader will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with sales team, supporting sales center Operational Sales Leader, and covering routes when needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain partnerships with sales team to achieve World-Class sales center status by following Direct Store Delivery (DSDE) best practices.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales center associates to keep/attain a World-Class sales center status.
• Leverage data by embracing technology to develop and execute sales plans to win as a team in the marketplace.
• Participate in a team environment where you can bring your authentic self to work each and every day.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales.
• At least 6 months of experience leading and influencing others.
• Computer skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record required.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical card required.
