JASON NEAL is seeking a dynamic leader to join our organization. With 120 years of experience, we lead the way in our industry. This role involves learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to achieve the same goals.

You will become an expert in training and developing your team members, moving into the Agency Director role as you master our systems and process. This role offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base with exceptional care.
  • Research new business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our proprietary systems.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and reliable transportation.
  • 45-day evaluation period before advancement.
