Position Overview: In the role of Transplant Program Regulatory Manager, you will oversee the Lung Transplant Clinic operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while providing exemplary patient education and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing patient schedules to facilitate seamless transitions through the transplant process.
  • Collecting and analyzing clinical data systematically to enhance patient care.
  • Implementing evidence-based practices in patient assessments and care plans.
  • Coordinating interdisciplinary care plans and communicating effectively with patients, families, and the transplant team.
  • Mentoring staff and educating departments on compliance with transplant regulations.
  • Advocating for patients' rights and promoting informed consent.
  • Participating in the development and revision of clinical policies to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in a medical field is required, with a preference for a degree in Nursing. Candidates should possess:

  • Three to four years of experience in Medical/Surgical or Intensive Care settings.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize nursing interventions based on patient assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse patient populations.
  • A commitment to continuous education and professional development.
