Key Responsibilities
  • Aseptic technique: Maintain a clean and safe environment during surgical procedures.
  • Equipment setup: Set up equipment, instrumentation, and sterile supplies as needed for assigned cases.
  • Scrubbing and instrument passing: Scrub and pass instruments during surgical procedures.
  • Case management: Pull cases as needed, break down cases at the end of the procedure.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Graduate of a surgical technician program as required by state regulation of practice or policy.
  • Experience: Preferred 1 year experience as a surgical technician.
  • Certifications: BLS certification required. Surgical Technology Certification preferred.
