We are seeking a skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in managing nutritional services at a long-term care facility. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans.
  • Evaluate residents' nutritional status and progress, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
  • Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
