Job Title: Assistant Vice President

Join EXL as an Assistant Vice President and take on a challenging role that involves developing and implementing business insights to drive client growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data structures and large datasets to uncover valuable insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business insights to increase client market share
  • Analyze complex data structures and large datasets to uncover valuable insights
  • Utilize SAS, SQL, Excel, VBA, PPT, Tableau, Visio, MARS, and CART software to perform marketing analytics
  • Build, develop, and maintain subscriber forecasting models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and key performance indicators
  • Effective management of frequency of feedback loop with offshore resources
  • Formulate requirements, acquire data, identify analytical methods, create and validate models, and develop actionable recommendations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or closely related field
  • One year of professional experience building, stabilizing, validating, and monitoring statistical models
  • Experience working with complex data structures and large datasets in a real business setting
  • Utilization of SAS, SQL, Excel, VBA, PPT, Tableau, Visio, MARS, and CART software
  • Delivering oral and written data analytics presentations to clients, senior managers, and executives
  • Big data processing, data extraction, and variable reduction
  • Managing analytics projects with global resources
