As a key member of our restaurant team, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring seamless table service, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests with a smile and a warm welcome, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience
• Provide clear and accurate wait times, ensuring guests are informed and satisfied
• Guide customers to their tables, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an upscale restaurant setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Impeccable appearance and demeanor, reflecting the standards of an upscale dining establishment
