Food Expeditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Expeditor to join our team at Art & Jake's Sports Bar, a high-volume sports bar and grill located in a vibrant neighborhood.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of orders from the waiters to the kitchen, preparing dishes with the correct priority, and delivering orders to maintain fast service. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their exceptional communication skills and experience in a restaurant setting.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the smooth flow of orders between the kitchen and tables
• Prepare and deliver dishes with precision and speed
• Inspect the premises for quality and sanitation standards
• Transfer information between the kitchen and wait staff
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism

• Prior experience as a food expeditor or in a related role
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and direct others
