Job Title: Per Diem Nurse - Intermediate Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Per Diem Nurse to join our team at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in an Intermediate Care setting.

Job Summary:

This Per Diem Nurse position is a great opportunity for a dedicated and experienced RN to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will have the chance to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet patient needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • Current State Nursing License
  • Minimum 1-year acute care experience in a hospital setting
  • Appropriate certifications for the specific position
