Rural Mail Carrier

Job Summary:

As a Mail Delivery Specialist with the US Postal Service, you will be responsible for delivering packages on Sundays and observed holidays using dynamic route descriptions. Your duties will include case, delivering, and collecting mail and packages on Saturday along a prescribed rural route using a vehicle. This role requires a high level of customer service and attention to detail, as you will be interacting with customers and handling sensitive packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
